SO-Hot Bastardos (Shed Original Series)
The Shed Hot Bastardos hand wound hight output bridge humbucker pickup is designed to drive your amp hard, really, really hard!
With its muscular, imposing and imperious power, the Hot Bastardos has a distinguished tonality, with razor-sharp definition.
Beautifully articulate, the Hot Bastardos will respond incredibly well to subtle differences in volume control, with great vintage-esque ‘edgy’ to crystal clear, bell like tones available
Crank it up though...and brutality never sounded so good!
- The bridge pickup is 16k ohms with a Alnico 5 magnet and 43 AWG plain enamel wire.
- Hand wound & constructed with Vintage spec. materials
- Hot Bastardos are Not wax potted so they retain their full tonality. The magnets are lacquered to the baseplate and the windings are tightly taped which reduces the chances of unwanted high gain feedback
- Covers can be added at extra cost.
- Aging can be added at extra cost.
